Greenwood Takes From Dvoress

Level 10 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

Sam Greenwood had already chipped up on his second bullet and then took on fellow Canadian High Roller Daniel Dvoress. Both invested 6,600 to see the {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{9-Spades} flop on which Greenwood check-called for 6,000. He then did so again for 30,650 on the {k-Hearts} turn and the {j-Spades} river was checked behind by Dvoress.

Greenwood rolled over the {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for a straight and Dvoress ended up second-best with the {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}.

Vousden and Adams Depart

Level 10 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

Joakim Andersson limped the small blind and called the shove of Timothy Adams for 41,858 total.

Timothy Adams: {k-Hearts}{2-Clubs}
Joakim Andersson: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

The {8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{3-Spades} board delivered no sufficient help to Adams, who bowed out on the first bullet.

David Peters then three-bet jammed for 44,096 in the big blind and Wiktor Malinowski as the initial raiser folded. Samuel Vousden called all-in out of the small blind and was covered by a small margin.

Samuel Vousden: {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
David Peters: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The {a-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} board delivered no help to Kelopuro and he was gone as well.

Andersson Re-Enters; Badziakouski Short

Level 10 : 1,500/3,000, 350 ante

Mikita Badziakouski clashed with David Coleman when they got their stacks in after the {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop. Badziakouski tabled {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and Coleman was ahead with the {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. The {4-Diamonds} turn and {a-Spades} river brought no help to Badziakouski, who was left short once more.

Joakim Andersson got his short stack in with the {a-Clubs}{4-Spades} and was unable to solve his kicker problem against the {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} of Eelis Pärssinen. The {q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} board made sure that the kicker played. Andersson re-entered almost immediately into the same seat.

Watson Soars to the Top

Adams vs Watson
Adams vs Watson

Timothy Adams made it 5,500 to go in the hijack and was called by Mike Watson out of the small blind, Arsenii Malinov stuck around from the big blind. The {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop was checked to Adams, who bet 4,750 and earned one caller in Watson. On the {8-Hearts} turn, Watson check-called for another 30,000 and checked the {k-Spades} river.

Adams jammed for 144,615 into a pot of 88,400 and Watson snap-called for the final 97,557 with the {8-Clubs}{8-Spades} for a set. Adams only had {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} and dropped to fewer than half the starting stack.

Three hands later, Malinov flipped preflop via cold four-bet jam and Watson called.

Arsenii Malinov: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Mike Watson: {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}

The very same hands clashed and again, eights held thanks to the {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds} board.

Dzivielevski vs R_uida lin
Dzivielevski vs R_uida lin

"R_uida lin" had chipped up after Stephen Chidwick ran an ill-timed bluff and up next, he three-bet to 13,500. Yuri Dzivielevski four-bet for 98,747 from one seat over in the big blind and "R_uida lin" snap-called.

Yuri Dzivielevski: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}
"R_uida lin": {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

The {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} board left the Brazilian drawing dead on the turn.

Soon after, countryman Pablo Brito Silva was involved in a raising war and needed to improve against Shawn Daniels.

Pablo Brito Silva: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Shawn Daniels: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

The {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} board gave Brito Silva a winning set to double.

Nemeth vs Dvoress

Artur Martirosian opened to 5,000 in the cutoff for Daniel Dvoress to three-bet on the button for 13,750 total. Andras Nemeth then four-bet jammed for 98,063 to force out Martirosian, while Dvoress snap-called.

Andras Nemeth: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Daniel Dvoress: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

The {j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades} board brought no upset as Nemeth hit the rail.

Mateos vs Pärssinen
Mateos vs Pärssinen

Adrian Mateos raised to 4,400 and was called by Joakim Andersson in the hijack. Eelis Pärssinen three-bet to 18,800 on the button and Mateos was the only caller.

On a {10-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, Mateos check-jammed with the superior stack and Pärssinen called for the 59,959 he had behind his bet.

Eelis Pärssinen: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Adrian Mateos: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

The {j-Spades} turn and {4-Spades} river kept Pärssinen in contention.

One hand later, they were flipping as Mateos was at risk with the {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. Pärssinen was aiming to finish the job he had started with the {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} but the {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} board gave Mateos a full house.

At almost the same time, "judd trump" was at risk preflop with {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} against the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} of Shawn Daniels. The {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{5-Hearts} board improved Daniels and "judd trump" departed.

Last but not least, David Coleman got his short stack in with the {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} and Steve O'Dwyer looked him up with the {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. The {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Spades}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs} board kept the pocket pair in the lead.
