Nemeth Jumps Into the Lead

Yuri Dzivielevski opened to 3,360 from under the fun, Mark Radoja called and Andras Nemeth then three-bet to 19,520. Action folded to Radoja who four-bet jammed, totaling 116,097 and Nemeth snap-called, putting the Canadian at risk.

The board came down {k-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and Nemeth held on with his pair of jacks, eliminating Radoja from the tournament early.

Dzivielevski Takes Down Petrangelo

Level 6 : 700/1,400, 175 ante

Yuri Dzivielevski raised to 2,940 from middle position and Nick Petrangelo three-bet to 10,500 in the cutoff. Dzivielevski called and the flop came down {7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. Petrangelo bet 12,000, Dzivielevski called and an {a-Hearts} peeled off on the turn.

Petrangelo bet 14,498 and Dzivielevski shoved to 84,372. Petrangelo called for less, tabling {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts} for a pair of aces but unfortunately was drawing dead when Dzivielevski showed his {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}.

A meaningless {j-Hearts} completed the board and Dzivielevski sent Petrangelo packing.

Vousden Drops Ponakovs Off at the Cleaners

Level 6 : 700/1,400, 175 ante

Samuel Vousden opened to 2,640 from under the gun,Aleks Ponakovs called in the small blind and Stephen Chidwick defended his big blind. A {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades} flop hit the tabled and action checked to Vousden who bet 2,280.

Ponakovs raised to 8,436 and Vousden called to see the {3-Clubs} turn card. Ponakovs check-called a bet of 8,578 and the {4-Diamonds} fell on the river. Ponakovs checked to Vousden who moved allin, totaling 82,036 and Ponakovs called for less.

Ponakovs showed {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for two pair but it was not enough when Vousden tabled {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}, giving him three dimes and the pot, eliminating Ponakovs.

Petrangelo Misses, Sends Pot to Nemeth

Sam Greenwood raised to 2,640 from middle position, Andras Nemeth called on the button and Nick Petrangelo defended his big blind. A flop of {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} landed and action checked to Nemeth who bet 3,208 and only Petrangelo called to see the {6-Spades} turn card.

Both players checked to the {6-Hearts} river where Petrangelo bet 32,000 and Nemeth snap-called. Petrangelo showed {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a missed flush draw and Nemeth then tabled {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for a boat, taking down the pot.

Malinov Fires on All Cylinders

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

Ivan "zufo16" Zufic opened to 2,500 from the button, Arsenii Malinov three-bet to 10,000 from the small blind and Zufic called to see the {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop. Malinov bet 7,219, Zufic called and the {k-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Malinov pushed in 24,000, Zufic again called and a {5-Diamonds} completed the board. Malinov jammed, 56,031 and Zufic quickly hopped out, sending the pot to Malinov on his river shove.

Andersson Wins Without Showing a Card

Level 4 : 500/1,000, 125 ante

Nick Petrangelo opened to 1,920 from the cutoff, Sam Greenwood called in the small blind and Joakim Andersson defended his big blind. A flop of {9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs} landed on the virtual felt and action checked to Petrangelo who continued for 1,615.

Greenwood called and Andersson check-raised to 9,294. Petrangelo called, Greenwood folded and the {9-Diamonds} landed as a turn card. Andersson bet 6,399 and Petrangelo called to see the {k-Diamonds} river card.

Andersson took his time, ultimately he fired in 24,796 and Petrangelo hit the fold button, shipping the pot to Andersson.
