Following a raise to 2,400 and two calls, Aleksejs Ponakovs three-bet to 14,500 in the cutoff. Joao Vieira called in the hijack and they checked to the {8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades} turn. Vieira now bet 12,500 to get a call by Ponakovs and they checked the {q-Hearts} river. Vieira tabled the {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and that won the pot, as Ponakovs only had {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}.

Davies Takes From Vieira

Just one hand after earning most of the previous losses back, Joao Vieira clashed with Seth Davies. Vieira three-bet to 8,000 on the button and Davies called in the cutoff. On a {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop, Davies check-called for 5,550 and did so again for 19,000 on the {8-Spades} turn.

The {5-Hearts} fell on the river and Vieira checked behind with {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} to get shown the {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for a full house by Davies.

Bruno Volkmann opened to 2,500 from under the gun and called a three-bet to 7,500 by "misawa" in the cutoff.

On a {8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop, Volkmann check-raised to 10,782 and earned a call by his opponent.

Volkmann led the {5-Spades} turn for 8,704 and picked up the call by "misawa" to jam the {5-Clubs} river for 47,387. "misawa" called within one second with {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} and was good, as Volkmann was caught bluffing with the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}.

Pablo Silva Brito raised to 2,000 from the middle position and Roman "RRomashka" Emelyanov called from the hijack while the rest folded.

The flop came {8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{k-Spades}, Brito Silva check-called the 3,000 bet of Emelyanov.

The turn was the {q-Spades}, Brito Silva checked again. This time, Emelyanov bet 6,000 and was called.

The river completed the board with the {a-Diamonds} and Brito Silva checked for the last time. Emelyanov bet 7,920 for Brito to raise it up to 21,068 which Emelyanov called with the {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for top pair but Brito Silva held the {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for the set to scoop the pot.

Niklas Astedt raised to 1,760 on the button and Sheikh "DUNADEN" Al-Thani three-bet to 5,225 out of the big blind, which earned a call from Astedt.

Al-Thani bet the {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} flop for 8,663 and Astedt called to do so again for 28,876 on the {9-Clubs} turn. Al-Thani jammed the {3-Clubs} river and Astedt beat him into the pot with {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} for the nuts all the way, Al-Thani crashed out with {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}.

Bruno Volkmann raised to 2,000 and Stephen Chidwick made it 6,720 to go from one seat over. Volkmann then four-bet to 22,060 only for Chidwick to five-bet jam with the covering stack. A quick fold by Volkmann ended the hand right there.

The next raising war saw David Peters with a three-bet to 5,600 and Simon Higgins four-bet to 15,120. This time, no further button clicking took place as Higgins raked in the pot.
