Lopez Ousts Haddad

Level 14 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Chadi Haddad jammed from the hijack with {a-Hearts}{9-Spades} for about 12 big blinds before Eduardo Lopez came over the top for a bit more with {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}.

Haddad was in a bit of trouble after a jack hit the {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} flop. The {k-Spades} on the turn provided some outs for a chop but the {3-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and Haddad was eliminated short of the money.

Berinov Takes Out Tsaknis

Level 12 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Andrei Berinov bet 50,000 into a pot of 75,000 with the {9-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{5-Hearts} on the board. Vasileios Tsaknis, who had that left in his stack, paused for a minute before he called.

Andrey Berinov: {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Vasileios Tsaknis: {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

Tsaknis needed an ace or five on the river but instead a {6-Diamonds} came on the board and he left the tournament area.
