Welcome to Day 3 of the Golden Million Cyprus Main Event. The tournament attracted a huge field of 1,178 entrants. Yesterday witnessed opening flight survivors whittle down to just 50 players by the end of Day 2.
Today's Day 3 will play for seven 90-minute blind levels or down to a final table, whichever comes first with tomorrow scheduled to be the final day.
Russia's Alexey Romanov heads into the day with the chip lead with a stack of 5,475,000 followed by Dan Dumitru Apostol (5,115,000), Shlomi Shimoni (5,015,000), Ioannis Chorianopoulos (4,980,000), and Seref Dursun Anar (4,890,000).

Blinds start today at 25,000/50,000 with a big blind ante of 50,000 and increase every 90 minutes. Breaks will take place after every blind level. Here is a look at today's structure.
