Gonzales Chipping Up; Tryba Doubles

A player in early position raised to 3,000 and was called by Connie Bruce in the cutoff, Danny Gonzales, who was on the button, and Chris Tryba, who defended his big blind.

The four saw the flop come and action checked around to Gonzales, who put a bet of 8,000 into the pot. Tryba and the original raiser folded, putting action onto Bruce, who called.

The turn was and Bruce check-called another bet of 8,000 from Gonzales.

The river fell and Bruce checked once more. Gonzales threw out a bet of 16,000 and Bruce quickly let her hand go.

After the hand, Tryba was down to about 10,500. He doubled a couple hands later with pocket tens to ace-king, hitting a ten on the flop to alleviate any true sweat.
