Hedderman Calls Hoopers River Bet
Level 5
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Karl Hedderman opened from under the gun to 900. Lawrence Brandt called in the hijack as did Michael Hooper called in the cutoff. Martin Ilavsky defended the small blind.
The J♦9♦10♥ flop was checked around to Hooper who bet 3,000. Hedderman was the sole caller. The 6♥ was checked around and Hedderman checked again on the 9♥ river. Hooper bet 10,000. Hedderman went into the tank for around a minute before making the call.
He had Q♠J♠ for two pair and Hooper showed K♦8♦ for a missed flush draw.
