Hulme Loses One, Then Wins One; Smyth Eliminated

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Andrew Hulme raised to 6,000 on the button, and Mathew Frankland called, defending his big blind.

Hulme continued for 4,000 on the 53Q flop, but folded when Frankland check-raised to 16,000.

The very next deal, Hulme raised from the cutoff, again to 6,000. This time, it was Conor Bergin who defended his big blind.

Again, Hulme continued for 4,000 on the 838 flop, which was enough to shake Bergin out of the pot.

On the neighbouring table, start-of-day short stack, Marty Smyth, was eliminated.
