Carnage on Table 13, Teti Eliminated

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Craig Teti
Craig Teti

The action kicked off with a raise to 3,300 by Michael McGrath from under the gun. One seat to his left, Padraic Cusack three-bet to 7,000. The player next to act then called the three-bet before Craig Teti four-bet jammed for 16,600 on the button. The small blind folded, but Nicolai Austad then five-bet shoved his own stack, 48,300, from the big blind.

That sent McGrath deep into the tank, with the clock eventually being called. As the clock ticked towards zero, McGrath called, which then put Cusack into the blender. After some consideration, Cusack folded, and the three remaining players flipped their cards over.

Craig Teti: JJ All in
Nicolai Austad: QQ All in
Michael McGrath: JJ

It was a dream spot for Austad, whose pocket queens were a long way ahead of his opponents.

As expected, the board posed no threat to the Norwegian, who scooped in the huge pot as Teti headed to the rail.
