Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Arriving on a 4109Q turn, Michael Maybin checked from the big blind to Callum Sear in the hijack, who slid an overbet of 15,000 into the pot of 12,000.

A third player quickly folded their cards before Maybin took another peek at his hand and shoved all in for 28,500. Sear eyed his opponent's chips but ultimately decided he could not call and mucked his holding.

Stone Seeks Value

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Three-way to the 48Q2 turn, it checked to Gary Whitehead on the button. He added 5,500 to the pot of 10,000 with a bet, seeing Jake Stone call in the small blind and Aniello Delli Santi fold in the cutoff.

The 9 river then prompted Stone to lead out for 11,500. Whitehead considered his options for a while before he flicked in a single calling chip.

Stone tabled 88 for a set of eights, and Whitehead tabled his losing AQ before his cards were swept into the muck.

Diamonds Are Thierfelder's Best Friend

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Jan Thierfelder in the big blind and Chris Johnson in early position were looking at a completed board of 7J2Q10. With a big pot of 28,500 in the middle, Thierfelder fired a bet of 13,000, just under half his remaining stack.

Johnson eyed the bet for a bit, inquired about his opponent's remaining chips, and then put in a call.

Thierfelder showed K3 for the second nuts, and Johnson nodded before he mucked his cards in defeat.
