Ferrari Takes Two From Wilson

Level 32 : Blinds 100,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Manuel Ferrari opened to 500,000 under the gun, and Dan Wilson called in the cutoff. Ferrari checked the 7J5 flop over to Wilson, who placed a bet of 525,000.

Ferrari put in a raise to 1,400,000, winning him the pot as Wilson laid his cards down.

The next hand, Wilson raised to 500,000 in the hijack. Ferrari defended his big blind before he check-called Wilson's continuation-bet of 325,000 on the 34A flop.

The 6 turn then checked through to the 8 river, where Ferrari led out with a bet of 1,400,000. Wilson quickly folded, forfeiting another pot to his opponent.

River Sees Two Chop Killeen's Money

Level 32 : Blinds 100,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Michael Prendergast
Michael Prendergast

Kevin Killeen opened the action with a raise to 500,000 from early position. Both Michael Prendergast on the button and Jarkko Suokas in the big blind called.

Killeen continued for 575,000 on the 342 flop, and both his opponents called.

The J turn joined the board, and when action checked over to Prendergast, he bet 1,500,000. Suokas called, but Killeen folded.

When the 6 river completed the board, Suokas took over the betting lead, putting 5,000,000 into the middle. Prendergast wasted no time before he called.

Suokas flipped over 95 for a rivered straight. Prendergast also had a straight, showing he had flopped it with A5.

As such, the players chopped the pot.

Level 32 : Blinds 100,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

In a single-raised pot to the 928 flop, Narcis Nedelcu checked from the big blind, and Gerard Carbo followed suit on the button.

Carbo spent one of his time banks before calling. Nedelcu tabled J9 for top pair, and Carbo mucked his cards in defeat.

Alkhuzai Latest to Fall

Level 32 : Blinds 100,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

The action was joined with the cards already on their backs, as Hussni Alkhuzai had manoeuvred his stack into the middle preflop versus Francesco Gisolfi.

The stacks were very similar, but once they had been counted, it was Alkhuzai at risk.

Francesco Gisolfi: JJ

A classic flip, and, on this occasion, the deck favoured Gisolfi.

The board ran out clean for his pocket jacks, coming down 85492, giving Gisolfi a near double up, but eliminating Alkhuzai.

Level 32 : Blinds 100,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Dan Wilson
Dan Wilson

Danilo Donnini made it 500,000 to go in the hijack. 2016 champion Dan Wilson then three-bet to 3,000,000 on the button, leaving 500,000 behind.

Vasyl Palandiuk called and revealed AQ once Donnini got out of the way, not realizing that Wilson had chips behind. The floor was called over, and a flop was ordered to be dealt, with Palandiuk playing his hand face-up.

Palandiuk then put Wilson all-in on the KJ4 flop, and Wilson could only laugh as he called off.

The 7 turn was safe for Wilson's jacks, but the 5 river completed Palandiuk's flush. Wilson was knocked out in 27th place, narrowly missing out on the final three tables.
