Ferrari called, and did so again when Dynes sized up to 700,000 on the 3♦ turn. The A♠ river then slowed Dynes down, as he checked it over to Ferrari. Ferrari fired a bet of 700,000, which Dynes quickly called.

Ferrari tabled A♣10♣ for a rivered pair of aces, and Dynes' cards hit the muck in defeat.

McAleenan checked the 3♥K♣J♣ flop over to Gisolfi, who continued for 455,000. McAleenan called, after which the A♣ turned was checked through.

McAleenan also checked the 10♣ river. Gisolfi took another peek at his cards before firing 900,000 into the middle. McAleenan used his final time bank, then tossed in a calling chip.

Gisolfi could only show a pair of eights with 8♠8♦. McAleenan tabled K♦10♦ for two pair, and received some compliments from the table as he dragged the pot.
