World Class Play by Pete Linton

YorkshirePud • Level 30: 80,000-160,000, 20,000 ante
Pete Linton

Pete Linton has just made a move that was truly world class and was reminiscent of the famous Phil Ivey versus Paul Jackson hand.

Linton opened to the 325,000 on the button and Jakub Michalak three-bet from the big blind to 750,000 with {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}. Linton was not done with the hand and he four-bet to 1,470,000. Michalak then five-bet to 2,250,000. Amazingly, Linton moved all in and Michalak snap-folded.

Why was it amazing? Because Linton only held the lowly {8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}! Fantastic play by Linton.
