Hand-for-Hand Mode Underway

Level 19 : Blinds 0/0, 60,000 ante

At the start of the new level, hand-for-hand mode was initiated two spots away from the money and even before that was the case, there was an all-in over on table five.

Kobe applied pressure and Guang Hui Luo called all-in for 175,000 on the button.

Guang Hui Luo: AA All in
Kobe: Q8

The aces had a sweat on the 1087J10 board but held up.

The Action Slows Down Further

Level 18 : Blinds 0/0, 50,000 ante

Ming Zhong Liu raised to 320,000 and Da Seng Sun called. Zong Tao used three time bank extensions in the cutoff and sigh-folded. Liu bet a jack-high flop and won the pot. All three tables now have very cagey slow action as the near bubble action grinds to a halt.

Small Pot for Cates

Level 17 : Blinds 0/0, 40,000 ante

Kobe continued his open-shoving and found no callers while table three produced a medium-sized pot between Dan Cates and Fei. Xu. They checked down the KJ9A turn and 8 with Cates tabling the winner in K10.

Since returning from the break, the imminent bubble has slowed down the action significantly.
