Zakharyan Has the Ace

Aku Joentausta raised to 40,000 under the gun and was called by Veselin Karakitukov, Martin Kabhrel on the button, and small blind Vadim Zakharyan.

The flop came A♠A♣A♦ and Joentausta bet 16,000. Only Kabrhel and Zakharyan called to the 5♣ turn, where all three players checked.

Action checked around to Kabrhel on the 8♦ river and he bet 240,000. Zakharyan called for his last 130,000 and Joentausta folded.

Zakharyan showed A♥Q♠10♥2♣ for flopped quads and Kabrhel mucked. "Nice check," Kabrhel told Zakharyan.

Juergen Pollack and Omar Eljach were recently eliminated as the field inches toward the money and final table.
