Alexej Albert raised to 1,200 from the hijack, Andreas Fahrner three-bet on the button to 4,000, and Albert called.

The K♦8♦8♠ flop checked through to the Q♦ on the turn. Albert retook the lead for 2,500, and Fahrner called.

The 3♦ river saw Albert bet again, this time for 3,500. Fahrner elected to fold after some time in the tank.

Toma Leaves Anton Short

Level 3 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Four-way to the 3♥9♦5♥ flop, it checked to RME in the cutoff. He bet 1,500, which Marian Anton raised to 4,000. Francesco Toma called in the big blind before Nejat Gueler folded in early position.

RME also came along, and the turn fell the K♠. Toma led out for 11,200, folding out RME but seeing Anton toss in more calling chips. Toma then sized down to 6,500 on the A♥ river, prompting Anton to raise to 17,600.

Toma quickly shoved all in, and Anton instantly mucked. Anton left himself 13 big blinds behind, which he also lost not much later.

Tran Takes It on the River

Level 3 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

The pot had already grown to 19,200, with three players looking at a flop of 4♥A♠2♣.

Duc Tuan Tran, who was under the gun, checked to Vincenzo Casiddu, in early position, who also checked. Sami El Saidi, on the button, closed the action by checking and seeing a turn.

The J♥ fell, and Tran took the lead for 4,800. Only El Saidi called.

The A♣ river paired the board, and Tran bet again, this time for 9,500. El Saidi thought for some time before pitching his cards into the muck.

The Worst Hand Wins in Three-Way All-In

Level 3 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

The action was caught after a multi-way raising war saw three players all in preflop. Pavlos Tzomakas, in early position, had his effective stack of 16,300 in the middle, as did Jan, in the hijack, with 32,300. Pawel Kochana, in the big blind, had them both at risk.

Pavlos Tzomakas: 7♣5♣ All in
Jan: A♥Q♦ All in
Pawel Kochana: 10♥10♠

Kochana was in pole position to eliminate two players and stayed ahead on the 8♣J♥3♣ flop. However, the Q♣ turn saw him fall behind for both the main and side pots. The 6♣ river saw Tzomakas triple up with a flush, while Jan stayed alive with his pair of queens.
