First Pot for Kuntz; Hmadouch Bows Out
Level 30
: Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
HUGO opened to 400,000 from the button and Maximilian Kuntz called from the small blind.
On the A♠5♣3♦ flop, Kuntz check-raised to 650,000 over a bet of 250,000 and took down the pot.
While that hand played out, Immortal and Hicham Hmadouch got their stacks into the middle, with the latter at risk of elimination.
Hicham Hmadouch: AxJx
Immortal: Ax5x
Immortal went on to make a wheel on the 3♦9♦4♣2♥3♥ runout and scored the first elimination of the day.
