Last Chances to Bag in Final Flights of Marrakech Poker Open Main Event, Running Today
It's time for Day 1b of the Marrakech Poker Open Main Event, running at the stunning Es Saadi Resort. The event has a 15,000 MAD buy-in and a generous structure that gives players plenty of chance to build their stacks. Day 1b kicks off at 1 p.m. local time.
"EV" finished Day 1a as the chip leader with 599,000 after steadily building his stack and is the player to beat for anyone looking to bag in today's flight. "EV" is closely tailed by Anas Tadini, a Marrakech regular who bagged in second place with 577,000 chips. The two players are currently way out ahead of their rivals heading into Day 2.

Players who buy-in for Day 1b will start with 50,000 chips, with blinds starting on 100/200/200. Blind levels run for 45-minutes and there will be up to 15 levels of play, with an early finish if the field is reduced to 20 percent.
Day 1c also runs tonight, starting at 8 p.m. and offering a turbo structure. That will be the last chance for hopefuls to attempt to bag before Day 2.
