The flop ran out 8♥2♥7♦ and then the turn came the 8♦ to give Darcourt bottom pair and a flush draw. The tension rose as the river was dealt the 2♠ and the table let out a collective gasp as Darcourt made trips to win the pot, doubling his stack.
It didn't matter too much to Pillitteri, who still sits among the chip leaders with over 1.1 million.
