Dery Busts Two Players in Quick Succession
Level 19
: Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Following an open-raise from late position, Alain Dery reraised to 100,000 from the next seat, then Sabry Ferhaoui moved all in from the big blind with a short stack of not much more. Dery called with the covering stack and players flipped their cards.
Sabry Ferhaoui: Q♠10♦
Alain Dery: 6♦6♥
The board ran out J♥A♦9♣7♠5♣ and Dery held to win the pot, sending Ferhaoui to the rail.
Moments earlier, Dery eliminated Adil Oubaadous when Dery hit top pair against his opponent's pocket jacks.
