Players in the MPO Main Event are heading for a 15-minute break with 41 players remaining and 39 set to make the money.
Richi raised to 12,000 from the cutoff before Saav moved all in from the small blind for 136,000. Andrei Cherkashin went into the tank before pushing over the top from the big blind. Richi had nearly folded out of turn and so wasn't too much of a concern. Saav and Cherkashin flipped their cards, with Saav at risk.
Saav: Q♣J♣
Andrei Cherkashin: A♣J♦
"Good call," said Jonathan Stoeber to Cherkashin.
The board ran out 10♣10♥7♥3♥3♠, so Cherkashin held with ace-high and the two pair on board. He won the pot and Saav was sent to the exit just a few players short of the money.

Following a middle position raise, Truquens called in the next seat, the button and small blind called, and Hassan Bady called in the big blind.
The flop came A♠Q♥4♣ and the small blind checked to Bady, who made it 14,000 to go. Only Truquens made the call. On the 2♣ turn, Bady put out a small bet of 15,000 only to be met with a raise from Truquens. Bady went into the tank and eventually folded to concede the pot.
Action has slowed down recently as the bubble approaches, with only a few players left to bust before the money. Only Walid Mir and Mouloud busted during the last half hour of play.

Crowds were gathered and the hands were tabled as PokerNews arrived on the scene to see Anas Tadini showing a straight and Jag looking slightly shocked sitting with no chips in front of him. He seemed fuming as he took his leave, while Tadini was yelling out in excitement as he dragged in a pot that took his chip count up to beyond the one million mark.
On the next table, Sylvia Fosso was also screaming out in joy as she dragged in a big pot.
Elsewhere, Adrien Sanz and Badr Benchakroun have both busted before the money.

Picking up the action on the flop on a board of 4♦8♥10♦, Sylvia Fosso led out from the small blind and Truquens raised it up to 75,000, which Fosso called.
The turn came the 2♦ and Fosso checked. Truquens pushed all in and Fosso turned around to tell the player behind her to watch out bumping her chair before casually moving her chips into the middle.
Truquens had A♥10♠ for top pair, but it wasn't enough as Fosso flipped over Q♦J♦ for a flush. The river was the A♣ and Fosso won the pot, doubling her stack.
Across the room, action has slowed down as the bubble approaches.
