Rozema Gets flushed

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante
Jonathan Rozema
Jonathan Rozema

Jonathan Rozema opened in the hijack and was called by Clyde Tjauw Foe in the big blind to see the flop of {7-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} {2-Clubs}. Rozema was tempted to check behind but opted to bet small when it was checked to him and the Dutchman also called the small check-raise of his fellow countryman to see the {A-Spades} on the turn.

Tjauw Foe overbet the pot to push Rozema all in and the latter called off with {A-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds}. He was slightly ahead of {A-Clubs} {10-Clubs} but couldn't dodge the flush draw as the {4-Clubs} on the river sent him to the rail.
