Kuan gets Rivered

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Nico Kuan three-bet an open raise of Marcel Verheul out of the big blind and then snap-called the all in for 72,300 with {A-Clubs} {A-Hearts}. Verheul had {7-Spades} {7-Hearts} and indeed got there on the river of a {2-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {8-Spades} {7-Spades} board.

Yan Up, Rutter Down

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

[Removed:17] and Stuart Rutter are on the same table now but their recent chip counts have taken different directions. Whereas Rutter lost a big three-bet pot on an eight-high pot with pocket tens against pocket aces, "MissOracle" has climbed steadily over the past few levels.

Mozzaffarian Busts Berende

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Paul Berende defended his big blind against the 5,100 raise of Amir Mozaffarian out of middle position. The Dutchman check-called 4,200 on the {10-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} {A-Hearts} flop and did so again for 7,000 after the {K-Hearts} turn. The {K-Clubs} on the river completed the board and Berende check-called all in for the remainder of his stack with {A-Diamonds} {9-Hearts}. Mozzaffarian turned over {A-Clubs} {A-Spades} as winning hand and sent the Dutchman to the rail.

Updated Chip Counts

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Rutter Busts Mudde

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Stuart Rutter raised from middle position and then called the all in of Jonas Mudde for what looked like 20,000 with {10-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds}. Mudde was way ahead with {A-Clubs} {10-Clubs} but the board ran out {6-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {8-Spades} {J-Hearts} to give the Brit a backdoor straight.

Gianluca Speranza never recovered from the previous big hand either, as his seat is now occupied by another player.

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Neither of these players has been spotted in the tournament area for quite some time and they have all been eliminated before the money.

Bryan Leskowitz
Bryan Leskowitz

Ole Schemion raised to 5,300 in the hijack and Bryan Leskowitz three-bet from one seat over for 12,000. Schemion clicked it to 23,600 and called the all in for 60,000 with {A-Clubs} {K-Clubs}. The American had {10-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} and the board ran out {A-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} {3-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {8-Spades} to send Leskowitz to the rail.
