Avramidis Wins Unusual Flip

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Makarios Avramidis moved all in for 115,000 with the {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts} from the cutoff. The action folded to Jussi Nevanlinna in the big blind and the Finn asked for the shoving amount, then joked some more and eventually used a coin to determine a call or fold. Ultimately Nevanlinna folded and the scenes caused plenty of laughter at the table and the rail.

Van Brugge Doubles With Tens

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Jussi Nevanlinna raised to 85,000 and Kees van Brugge moved all in foe 165,000 from one seat over. Everyone else got out of the way and the Finn called it off.

Brugge: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Nevanlinna: {7-Hearts}{6-Spades}

The flop came {K-Spades}{6-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} and Nevanlinna had found some outs to deal the final blow. However, both the {5-Spades} turn and the {A-Hearts} river both blanked out.

Rae Jams the River

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Donald Rae raised to 90,000 with the {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts} from the cutoff and Georgios Zisimopoulos defended his big blind with {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds} to find top pair on the flop {2-Hearts}{J-Spades}{10-Hearts}. The Greek check-called a bet of 95,000 and the {2-Diamonds} appeared on the turn. Again Zisimopoulos checked and Rae fired a second bet worth 180,000.

The Greek was not willing to let go just yet and tossed in the chips to see the {4-Hearts} appear on the river. Zisimopoulos checked and Rae moved all in for 805,000 into a pot of 780,000, eventually enforcing a fold from his opponent.

Flush for Zisimopoulos

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Georgios Zisimopoulos raised to 80,000 from under the gun and Donald Rae three-bet with the {A-Spades}{5-Spades} from the button to 180,000. Zisimopoulos called with {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} to find a massive flop of {7-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}. Both players checked and the 170,000-bet of Zisimopoulos took it down on the {8-Diamonds} turn.
