There was 92,500 in the pot on a {6-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop and Erik Seidel, from the cutoff, checked over to Orhan Ates on the button, who went all in for his last 74,000.

Seidel would think about his decision for his full 30 seconds before letting his cards go.

There was a raise in early position to 5,000. Artur Martirosian called in the hijack and Maher Nouira came along from the small blind.

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and action checked to Martirosian who bet 5,000. Both player called.

Action checked through on the {8-Diamonds} turn.

The {3-Spades} was the river and all players checked. Nouira showed {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for one pair which was enough to take down the pot as both players mucked.

Alberto Meran opened to 4,500 from the cutoff and Paul Newey called from the button. Timur Khamidullin three-bet to 15,000 and Meran four-bet to 35,000. After Newey got out of the way, Khamidullin shoved for just over 110,000 and Meran snap-called.

Meran had Khamidullin completely dominated with aces over queens, having both of Khamidullin's suits as well to deny any chance of a flush.

The board ran out {6-Spades}{2-Clubs}{7-Spades}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs} and after Khamidullin confirmed that he was covered, he left the tournament area.

The second and final day of the $10,400 MPP High Roller will kick off at noon local time here at the Luxon Pay Mediterranean Poker Party in the Royal Diamond Hotel & Casino in beautiful North Cyprus.

Alexey Losev leads the current field of 53 players with 428,000 chips following the first four hours of play. But with plenty of time in late registration and a number of rebuys on tap, it's truly anyone's tournament as the players get set to resume play in Level 7.

Plenty of big names will look to move up today looking to take home the lion's share of the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. Faraz Jaka (231,600), Espen Jorstad (220,500), Elton Tsang (146,900), Stephen Chidwick (138,600), Steve O'Dwyer (125,000), Patrik Antonius (96,400), and Johan Guilbert (81,900) are all very much in the mix and will look to pick their spots on Day 2.

Cards will be in the air at approximately 12 p.m. local time and players will play 40-minute blind levels. The blinds will begin on Day 2 at 1,000/2,000 with a 2,000 big blind ante. After every three levels, there will be a 20-minute break, with a dinner break to be determined by the tournament staff before the start of play today. Though the remaining 53 players currently have an average of 74 big blinds, the tournament is set to play down to a champion on Day 2.
