Subbotin Bets Big To Claim Pot

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 100 ante

With 6,000 in the middle on a board of {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, Mohammad Ferdosian bet 5,000 from the button and was met with a raise of 16,000 from Andrey Subbotin from the cutoff.

Ferdosian looked pained on what decision to make. They opted to fold showing the {j-Clubs} face-up and Subbotin did not show any emotion when dragging in the pot.

Overbet Gets Job Done For Gabriel

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

Picking up the action on the turn with a board of {5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{8-Spades}, Dominique Gabriel was over-betting 10,000 from the big blind into a decent sized pot for this stage of the tournament, of 6,000.

His opponent, in the big blind, went into the tank and considered her options. Ultimately tossed her cards towards the dealer and giving Gabriel good start to Day 1c.

Yahya Busts On Level One To Hershkovich

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action was preflop with the hijack, Ben Hershkovich having bet 2,200 chips and Oguz Yahya raising to 6,900 chips from the button. Hershkovich wasn't wasting any time as they made it 21,000. Yahya reacted by moving all in for around starting stack, 50,000. The call was made and cards were on their backs.

Oguz Yahya: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Opponent: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

The {5-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{6-Spades}{8-Spades} didn't help Yahya and he was sent to the rail on just Level 1. Hershkovich moves up to 100,000 or so, a great start for the Israeli.
