Al Muhaibel Reaches Fifty Million
Level 29
: Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
Alvaro Gonza found A♦Q♦ in the cutoff and raised to 1,600,000. Nasser Al Mujaibel looked down at 2♠2♣ in the big blind, raising the price of play to 7,000,000.
Gonza decided to call to the K♣10♣2♦ flop, where he was greeted with Al Mujaibel's bet of 6,000,000. Gonza called with his gutshot, but gave up when Al Mujaibel put him all-in on the 8♣ turn.
