Gonza Picks Up More With Aces
Level 32
: Blinds 750,000/1,500,000, 1,500,000 ante
Alvaro Gonza raised to 3,000,000 in the hijack with A♥A♦, after which Vlado Banicevic called in the big blind with Q♦J♦. Banicevic checked to Gonza on the 9♥Q♠5♥ flop, seeing his opponent put in a continuation-bet of 2,500,000.
Banicevic put in a raise to 5,700,000, after which Gonza jammed all in, covering Banicevic's stack of 19,200,000. After a while, Banicevic correctly laid down his top pair and was left with less than ten big blinds.
