On the A♦4♥Q♥ flop, and Akin Tuna bet 135,000. His opponent moved all in for around 200,000 and Tuna made the call to put his opponent at risk.

Tuna had top pair and his opponent had a flush draw. The 5♥ turn completed his opponent's flush and left Tuna drawing dead. The 2♣ river completed the board and Tuna handed over the chips.

One of the highlights this week has been the incredible success of Chinese women poker players at the Mediterranean Poker Party.
Things kicked off with Congya Zhang taking down the $2200 Global Poker Championship for $300,000. But there are three more players making their mark in Day 1c
The shortest of the stacks is Chenxu Zhang, who herself is having a fantastic week, she finished 10th in the Merit Poker Cup and had a deep run in the $2,200 Deepstack.
Also in the hunt for a bag in Day 2 is Yiwen Yuan who is currently sat on 2,800,000.
And finally with the biggest stack is Chunnuan Xu with a massive 3,000,000, which is currently three times average stack.
There have been even more ladies from China crushing it this week. From this small sample size the game is very healthy in China for women in poker!

Jordan Fisch shoved from under the gun with a short stack of around 10 big blinds. Action folded around to Hadi Khordbin, who flicked in a call from the big blind with the covering stack.

The board ran out 5♠4♠Q♠2♥K♦ and Khordbin made two pair to win the pot, sending Fisch to the rail late on in Day 1c.

Picking up the action on the 4♦9♣8♣ flop, Hassan Nashar led for 200,000 from the small blind and Yoash Trokman clicked it back to 400,000, which Nashar called. Both players then checked it through on the J♣ turn.
The river came the Q♣ and Nashar made a small bet of 100,000. Trokman just called. Trokman had 8♦8♥ for a set of eights, but Nashar had 7♣7♠ and won the pot with a flush.
Nashar dragged in the pot and then piled them all up in one ridiculous stack.
"Empire State Building," said a tablemate.
