Bonnant Bombs the River

There was an early position open to 6,500 before the action moved to Clement Bonnant on the button who called and then Erdal Gulseven defened his big blind.

The 5♣J♣10♠ flop landed and the action checked all the way to Bonnant on the button who took the betting lead by putting out 8,500. Only Gulseven called.

The 6♠ rolled off on the turn and action checked through to a 10♠ river.

Gulseven opted to lead for 11,500 and action was on Bonnant. After only a moment in the tank he put in a big raise to 50,000.

Gulseven went into the tank and considered his options but after a moment his cards hit the muck and Bonnant was pushed the pot.

Giorgiy Skhulukhiya opened the button to 8,000 and got called by Engin Sezerer in the big blind.

The 8♦10♣5♠ flop landed and Sezerer check-called a 14,000 bet from Skhulukhiya on their way to a Q♦ turn.

It was checked over to Skhulukhiya again and he didn't slow down with a bet of 15,000. Sezerer called again.

The 2♦ hit the river and when it was checked to Skhulukhiya he went for it one more time with a bet of 36,000. Sezerer snap called.

Skhulukhiya tabled pocket jacks and Sezerer tabled Q♥5♥ for two pair. Sezerer scooped.

Joumaa Flops the Nuts and Gets Paid

Mehrshad Hossein Pour opened to 7,000 from under the gun and was called by Bakhos Joumaa in middle position. Matthew Davenport three-bet to 26,500 from the button before Pour put in a four-bet to 66,000. Joumaa called and Davenport got out of the way.

Pour fired a 60,000 continuation bet on the Q♠3♣4♥ flop which was called by Joumaa.

On the 5♣ turn Pour moved all in, covering Joumaa who had roughly 135,000 behind. Joumaa made the call and was at risk.

Joyce Hits a Huge River

There was an under the gun open to 7,500 before the action folded to Giorgiy Skhulukhiya in late position, who called before Toby Joyce defended his big blind.

When it was checked to the original raiser, they continued for 8,000 on the 10♦6♦2♣ flop. Both players called.

The 6♣ turn landed and it was checked to the under the gun player again who only took a moment before moving all in for 43,000.

Skhulukhiya called but only had 30,000 behind. The action was then on Joyce who went deep into the tank but eventually he moved in over the top and Skhulukhiya called as he was a bit handcuffed to the pot given the odds.

Joyce was only drawing to a club or a chop, but lucky for him the dealer put out the K♣. That improved Skhulukhiya but ultimately gave Joyce the best hand. He earned the double knockout and a huge pile of chips in the process.
