Lois Dufouleur opened in middle position to 20,000 before Dmitry Gromov called next to act and Dmitry Yurasov defended his big blind.
The 2♥K♦7♥ checked straight through to a J♦ turn. Yurasov checked it over to Dufouleur who put out a delayed continuation bet of 27,000. Gromov only thought for a moment before he put in a big raise to 100,000. Yurasov got out of the way but Dufouleur snap called.
The J♣ landed on the river and Dufouleur checked again. Gromov thought about it but ultimately he checked back.
Dufouleur tabled K♥Q♣ and Gromov mucked.

Alexey Popov opened to 28,000 from middle position and Victor Yugay three-bet to 110,000 from the small blind. Popov made the call.
Yugay fired an 82,000 continuation bet on the 8♠8♥8♦ flop which was called by Popov.
On the J♠ turn Popov called another bet from Yugay, this time for 215,000.
The river was the 3♠ and Yugay bet again for 515,000, leaving just 82,000 behind. Popov took his time to consider the options but ultimately decided to fold, allowing Yugay to take down a colossal pot without showdown.
Jakub Michalak had opened from early position before Alisa Sibgatova three-bet to 75,000 from middle position. Michalak moved all in, covering Sibgatova who had started the hand with roughly 350,000. Sibgatova made the call and was at risk.

Sibgatova failed to improve on the 5♦8♦10♦9♠5♥ runout and made her exit from the tournament area while Michalak took down a nice pot.
Razvan Sabau opened the cutoff to 25,000 before the action folded to Oleg Netaliev in the small blind who put in a cold three-bet to 100,000. The action was then on Fabian Quoss in the big blind who put in another raise with a cold four-bet to 225,000.
The action was then back on Sabau who sat in the tank for a moment before five-bet jamming having both players covered.
Netaliev got out of the way and Quoss went into the tank for close to three-minutes before he finally mucked.
Sabau scooped without ever having to go to showdown.
Jenya Gavrilovich opened to 35,000 from under the gun and received a call from Mark Smith in middle position.
The flop came K♠5♣3♦ and Gavrilovich fired a 25,000 continuation bet that was called by Smith.
Both players checked the 2♣ turn leading to the 9♥ river. Gavrilovich sized up with a bet of 122,000 and Smith quickly folded.
Mark Smith opened to 24,000 from early position and Maksim Shornikau moved all in for approximately 145,000. Smith snap-called to put Shornikau at risk.

Shornikau was in a great position to double up and remained ahead on the A♣J♦5♠ flop and 7♦ turn. Smith drilled a pair on the 8♦ river to send Shornikau to the rail and take the pot.
Sebastian Ferreira opened from middle position to 25,000 before the action was on Day 2 chip leader Aleksei Petrov who three-bet to 76,000. Ferreira called and they were off to flop heads up.
The 3♦2♦4♣ flop landed and the action checked to Petrov who continued for 50,000. Ferreira called.
The J♣ rolled off on the turn and it checked to Petrov again. This time he sat in the tank for a moment before he went big with a bet of 145,000.
Ferreira thought it over but eventually he found a fold and Petrov scooped yet another pot.
