Kapustin Check-Raises, Then Folds

After an open to 120,000 by Uri Reichenstein on the button, Denis Kapustin defended his big blind. But when Reichenstein made a continuation bet of 100,000 on A♠8♥5♦, Kapustin check-raised to 300,000. Reichenstein called, and the 7♦ came on the turn.

Kapustin checked, giving the opportunity to Reichenstein to bet 300,000 chips once again with 7♥7♠ for a set. But this time, Kapustin chose to fold his 7♣6♣.

Zhugralin With Two Pairs

Damir Zhugralin, in early position, decided to raise to 100,000. Seated on his left, Uri Reichenstein three-bet to 300,000, and Zhugralin made the call.

The dealer fanned a flop of 2♥2♠10♦, where Reichenstein bet 140,000. Zhugralin check-called, and checked again after the 10♣ on the turn brought a second pair on the board. Reichenstein checked too, and the hand ended with another check-check on the river 5♥.

Zhugralin showed 8♥8♦ for two pairs, took the pot and the chiplead, as Reichenstein mucked his A♠Q♦.

Kapustin Doubles Through Chilaud

On the button, Denis Kapustin opened to 100,000. Then, in the small blind, Maxime Chilaud went all in for 1,665,000 chips.

Kapustin seemed very annoyed by this move. He used a time bank and eventually called with a smaller stack (1,090,000).

An ace came on the flop 7♠A♣A♣ to give a better pair to Kapustin. The 8♥ and the 6♠ completed the board, and Kapustin doubled up to 2,300,000 chips. Chilaud is now the new short stack, with 575,000 chips left

Milos Petakovic raised from the hijack to 100,000. Damir Zhugralin called in the small blind, as did Uri Reichenstein in the big blind.

The three biggest stacks of the table saw the flop Q♥10♥4♦, where Petakovic made a continuation bet of 175,000. Reichenstein called, and the A♦ came on the turn.

Petakovic added 350,000 in the pot. But Reichenstein quickly gave up at this point.
