Cuzzone Shoves on Spataru

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Ettore Cuzzone raised to 11,000 in the cutoff and Nejat Erman called in the small blind. Andrei Spataru then three-bet to 45,000 in the big blind and only Cuzzone called.

The flop came KJ4 and Spataru led out for 27,000. Cuzzone instantly shoved forward a tower of white 25,000 chips to put Spataru all in.

Spataru had around 160,000 remaining and tanked for a moment. Another player at the table eventually called the clock.

"I thought for 30 seconds," Spataru protested.

"It's no problem," Cuzzone told him, and the time request was called off. Spataru then folded and Cuzzone showed him the K.

"Thanks for showing. I had queens," Spataru said.

Nashar Bombs the River, Shows the Goods

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

A player raised to 10,000 in early position and was called by Paul Runcan on the button and Hassan Nashar in the big blind.

The flop came A56 and the early-position player bet 20,000. Both opponents called and the 3 fell on the turn.

The early-position player bet another 45,000 and only Nashar called this time. The K fell on the river and Nashar led out for 100,000.

"The hand before I folded aces to a flush," Nashar's opponent said.

"Are you saying you have aces right now," Nashar replied.

"You seem like a good player," the early-position player added as he flashed AQ and mucked. Nashar showed the A, followed by the 2 for the nut flush as he took the pot.
