Iraklis Manikaros raised to 600,000 in middle position before Fausto Tantillo three-bet to 1,600,000 on the button. The blinds got out of the way, and so did Manikaros as Tantillo took the pot.

The next hand, action folded to Simone Andrian who moved all in from the small blind. Anthony Khouzami peeked down at his cards and tossed them into the muck.

Guillermo Gordo then raised to 600,000 in the cutoff, Andrian three-bet to 1,500,000 on the button, and Gordo folded.

Castro made the call to see the J♦6♣5♦ flop and checked. Toujani slid out a bet of 500,000, taking down the pot as Castro mucked.

The dealer fanned out the 4♣5♣7♣ flop and action checked to Dashinka, who fired 300,000. Flutur quickly folded, while Toujani took a few seconds before also sending his cards into the muck.

Life Outside Poker is a new podcast for PokerNews hosted by Connor Richards that seeks to pull back the curtain on poker players and allow viewers and listeners to get to know them on a personal level.

In the 13th episode, Connor speaks with 888poker ambassador and Twitch streamer Ian Simpson, who talked about first learning poker as a kid, getting a degree in biotechnology and becoming a biology teacher, poker streaming and his breakout year of live poker in 2013 that saw him winning the Irish Poker Open for $339,604.

Simpson also discussed the importance of being a responsible poker ambassador and how science can change the world for the better.

Simone Andrian raised to 500,000 in the cutoff and Iraklis Manikaros and Mohamad El-Sayed called in the blinds.

Andrian continued for 550,000 on the A♠K♦6♣ flop and only El-Sayed called. Andrian bet another 900,000 on the 9♦ turn and El-Sayed again called.

Both players checked the K♥ river and El-Sayed showed A♦4♦ to win the last pot before dinner break.
