With more than 27,000 already in the middle, Cheng Zhao and Shuang Luo saw a completed board of 3♣2♥4♦8♦J♠.
Zhao checked from the small blind and Luo fired 10,500. After taking some time, Zhao tossed out the call. Luo showed 9♥9♦ for a pair of nines, while Zhao showed the 8♥ for a smaller pair as he mucked.
Michel Habib opened to 3,000 on the button and found calls from Maxim Lykov in the small blind and Damir Zhugralin in the big blind.
A round of checks followed the 5♦9♣A♣ flop, with the action repeating after the 2♥ turn.
The dealer revealed the 10♥ river and Lykov fired 15,000 into the middle. Zhugralin folded while Habib announced a call. Lykov turned over A♦Q♥, good enough to claim the pot as Habib mucked.
Cheng Zhao opened from the hijack and was called by Gurcan Gungoren in the big blind.
Gungoren checked the 2♣10♠Q♠ flop and called when Zhao continued for 3,000. Both players then checked the 6♦ turn before Gungoren led out for 6,000 on the 8♣ river.
Zhao took a moment before mucking his hand, as Gungoren claimed the pot.
Cenk Ogun defended his big blind after an open to 2,500 and checked the Q♦10♠10♥ flop. Ogun called a bet of 2,000 and check-called another bet of 10,200 after the J♦ turn.
The 8♦ river produced one last check from Ogun, making the quick call when facing a bet of 31,000. Ogun tabled 9♦8♣ for a straight, good enough to take down the pot and add to his growing stack.
