Tugce Hursoz opened from middlle position to 100,000 and Dmitry Gromov called on the button. Ruslan Bakhtiev then three-bet from the big blind to 400,000, which only Hursoz called.
They saw a flop of 6♠7♠A♦ where Bakhtiev fired out a continuation-bet of 350,000, which Hursoz called.
The 9♣ turn went check-check, and Bakhtiev bet 875,000 on the 8♣ river. After a long time in the tank, Hursoz elected to fold.
Felipe Ketzer made it 100,000 from middle position and Andrey Pateychuk called on the button. Anton Wigg also came along from the big blind.
On the 4♦J♥J♦ flop, it checked to Pateychuk, who fired out 100,000. Wigg called, and Ketzer folded.
The turn brought a 7♥ and Wigg led out for 175,000, which Pateychuk eventually called to see a 3♥ land on the river. Again, Wigg threw in another bet of 550,000, which after some time, got Pateychuk to fold.
Nichan Khorchidian limped in from the small blind and Dauren Zhaparov checked in the big blind.
The flop came 5♠6♣9♦. Khorchidian bet 50,000 and Zhaparov called.
Both players checked the 2♥ turn leading to the Q♦ river. Khorchidian bet 300,000 and was again called by Zhaparov.
Khorchidian turned over 9♣9♠ for a flopped set and Zhaparov mucked.
Iliyas Mukhamedzhanov opened from the hijack and Grigoli Liklikadze three-bet from the button. When the action got back to Mukhamedzhanov, he shoved, and Liklikadze snap-called for his stack of around 900,000.

Liklikadze's hand went from good to incredible on the 2♥Q♥3♥ flop as he picked up a flush draw, which removed one of Mukhamedzhanov's outs. A 7♦ on the turn changed nothing, but a devastating 4♣ on the river paired Mukhamedzhanov, and meant Liklikadze was eliminated.
"Excuse me, are you from Brazil?" asked Dumitru Pora to Mukhamedzhanov. "These are Brazilian cards," he added.
Dmitry Gromov opened to 100,000 from the button and Ruslan Bakhtiev defended from the big blind.
The flop came A♥5♦3♦ and Bakhtiev check-called an 80,000 continuation-bet from Gromov.
Gromov bet 220,000 when checked to on the 10♣ turn and this time it was enough to force a fold from Bakhtiev.
Grigoli Liklikadze opened from under the gun and Aleksei Gortikov shoved his remaining 365,000 into the middle from the cutoff. When it got back to Liklikadze, he reluctantly called.

The window card was a 9♠ to give Liklikadze a pair, but the J♥K♦ followed it which meant Gortikov was still firmly in the lead. Nothing changed on the 7♣8♦ runout, and Gortikov doubled up.
Fredrico Senno opened to 100,000 from the hijack and was called by Pavel Shchitnikov in the small blind and Ruslan Bakhtiev in the big blind.
The flop came A♣J♠5♣ and action checked around to Senno who bet 175,000. Shchitnikov called while Bakhtiev got out of the way.
Senno moved all in for around 1,400,000 when checked to on the 5♠ turn. Shchitnikov asked for a count before folding. showing the A♦ as he did so.
Dmitry Gromov raised from middle position and Fredrico Senno called out of the big blind.
They went to a flop of 6♥2♣4♣ where Senno checked and Gromov fired out 80,000. Senno then check-raised to 200,000, and Gromov shove. Senno had around 500,000 extra behind and immediately called it off.

Senno had a flush draw but was behind the overcard and gutshot of Gromov, that was until the Q♠ came on the turn when Senno made a pair. The J♠ river changed nothing, and Senno survived.
On another table, Alexandru Cinca was just eliminated.
Assyl Tleuzhanov opened to 110,000 from the button and Dumitru Pora defended from the big blind.
The flop came 7♠4♠2♦ and Pora check-called a 75,000 bet from Tleuzhanov.
Both players checked the 8♦ turn leading to the Q♦ river. Pora bet 135,000 and Tleuzhanov made the call.
Pora showed 8♠6♦ for second pair which was enough to take the pot.
Abdelhakim Zoufri shoved from the hijack for around 500,000 and was looked up by Nichan Khorchidian who had him covered from the big blind.
