The table folded back to Orphanides who reshoved. "I'm going to gamble," Bitar said as he called off his last 30,000.

The 9♣ completed the board and Orphanides sent both opponents to the rail. "I had to gamble. A lot of dead money," he said.

The cutoff folded, but Ketzer came back with a five-bet to 47,700. Luo called and the flop came K♦8♦8♥. Ketzer continued for 7,300 and Luo called.
Both players checked the 2♣ turn and the 6♥ fell on the river. Ketzer then bet enough to put Luo all in and Luo, with around 30,000 remaining, snap-folded.
