Hassan Nashar
Hassan Nashar

Hassan Nashar just hit the rail in a huge pot against Rafael Aslanli .

Aslanli raised to 160,000 and Nashar three-bet to 700,000. Aslanli shoved to put Nashar all in and Nashar called for his last 4,500,000.

Hassan Nashar: AxKx All in
Rafael Aslanli : JxJx

Nashar was in another huge flip this level, and unfortunately for him, the board ran out jack-high to give a Aslanli a set. Nashar didn't improve to a straight on the rest of the runout, and he was out of the tournament.

Pateychuk Picks Off Akin's Bluff

Level 16 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Andrey Pateychuk
Andrey Pateychuk

Alp Akin raised to 160,000 from early position before the player in the hijack three-bet to 240,000. Andrey Pateychuk cold-called from the big blind, and Akin also came along.

Three players saw the flop come down 493. Pateychuk checked, and Akin fired out 250,000. The hijack player folded, but Pateychuk called to see a turn.

Pateychuk check-called another bet of 250,000 from Akin on the 7 turn. Pateychuk checked for the last time when the board-pairing 9 hit the river. Akin fired again, this time for 500,000. Pateychuk looked back at his cards and then made the call.

Akin showed a bluff with A5 for just ace-high. Pateychuk had that beat with 55 for just a pair of fives, and the pot was sent to him.

Kirichenko's Fortunate Cooler Before Dinner

Level 15 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Hala Karam
Hala Karam

A player just reported a huge hand that happened before the dinner break that resulted in a double knockout.

According to the them, Hala Karam shoved all in for just 100,000 from early position before Aleksandr Kirichenko raised to isolate them. Aleksandr Chernikov three-bet, and Kirichenko four-bet. After some more raising back and forth, all the chips got into the middle in a pot of around 7,000,000 with Chernikov and Karam being at risk.

Hala Karam: 85 All in
Aleksandr Chernikov: KK All in
Aleksandr Kirichenko: AA

Chernikov had found himself on the unfortunate end of a cooler and needed some help from the dealer to stay in the tournament. The flop came 102A, which gave Kirichenko top set and left Chernikov and Karam virtually drawing dead. The 2 turn cemented the double elimination as Kirichenko improved to a boat. An inconsequential 10 landed on the river and Kirichenko pulled in a huge pot whilst Chernikov and Karam were out.

Naryman Yaghmaie
Naryman Yaghmaie

Naryman Yaghmaie was still stacking his chips, having just doubled up with pocket kings through Albert Daher.

Yaghmaie raised to 120,000 from the cutoff before Daher three-bet shoved for roughly 1,400,000 from the small blind. Yaghmaie called to put Daher at risk.

Albert Daher: K6 All in
Naryman Yaghmaie: JJ

Yaghmaie had picked up premium pairs in back-to-back hands and looked set to finish Daher off. However, the 487 flop provided Daher with flush and straight possibilities. The Q turn didn't help Daher, and neither did the 7 river. Daher was out and Yaghmaie pulled in the pot.

Yilmaz Turns a One Outer and Still Busts

Level 15 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Vedat Yilmaz
Vedat Yilmaz

Vedat Yilmaz got his last 400,000 or so into the middle preflop with Tahsin Cankurtaranli being the player to try and bust him.

Vedat Yilmaz: 88 All in
Tahsin Cankurtaranli: A3

Yilmaz was in a great spot to double-up if his two Snowmen could hold. However, an awful flop of A105 fell for Yilmaz as Cankurtaranli paired his ace and had a flush draw, leaving Yilmaz with one out.

It seemed to be Yilmaz' lucky day though, as the one-out 8 hit the turn, propelling him back into the lead. But, Cankurtaranli took back the lead when the J spiked on the river to give him the nut flush, sending Yilmaz out the door.
