Dmitrii Kopyl made it 3,000,000 to go from under the gun and Daniel Abrahamsson shoved from the big blind. Kopyl had around 2,000,000 behind and put them all in the middle to leave him at risk.

The Italian player did pick up a gutshot to a wheel, but it was the A♦ on the turn that also worked for him as he paired his ace. Only a river eight could send Isaia home, but the 3♣ instead improved him to two pair and earned him a double.

Abrahamsson Gets Lucky Against Gulseven

Daniel Abrahamsson is a lucky, lucky man after being on the brink of the payout desk to near the chip lead.

Erdal Gulseven opened to 1,000,000 from the cutoff and Abrahamsson three-bet to 3,500,000 out of the small blind. Gulseven then shoved, and Abrahamsson called off the extra 3,575,000 he had behind for 7,075,000 total.

Erdal Gulseven limped in from the small blind and Alessio Isaia checked out of the big blind to see a flop of 8♦5♠J♥, where Gulseven check-called a bet of 700,000 from Isaia.

A J♣ on the turn saw Gulseven check again, then Isaia bet 900,000. Gulseven then check-raised to 2,000,000, and Isaia called.

With just 1,500,000 behind, Gulseven waved the white flag and checked when the Q♣ hit the river, then folded when Isaia bet enough to put him all-in.

In the latest hand, Daniel Abrahamsson limped in from the small blind and Dmitrii Kopyl checked his option from the big blind.

Both checked the 5♥5♠10♥ flop to the J♠ turn, where Abrahamsson bet 600,000 and Kopyl called. An A♥ landed on the river and after Abrahamsson checked, Kopyl bet 1,800,000. Abrahamsson quickly folded.
