La Notte Degli Assi Draws 1,023 Entries to Become Merit’s Biggest of 2025

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Dolce Vita
Dolce Vita

Late registration has closed, and the unofficial total stands at 1,023 entries for the 2025 Merit Poker Dolce Vita Series $3,300 La Notte Degli Assi.

With that, this tournament becomes the second-largest $3,300 event in Merit Poker history, trailing only the 2023 Retro Series, which attracted a record-breaking 1,223 entries. It also takes the crown as the largest tournament held at Merit in 2025, both in field size and total prize pool. It surpasses the highly anticipated Merit Millions, which featured a $1,000,000 guaranteed first-place prize and a total prize pool of $1,950,400.

La Notte Degli Assi came into the series with a $2,000,000 guarantee and has comfortably passed that figure, thanks to a combination of a well-loved structure, consistent branding, and the undeniable pull of the Dolce Vita atmosphere. Last year’s edition of the event featured a smaller $2,200 buy-in and drew 1,133 entries. This year’s version has matched that energy despite the steeper price point.

Dolce Vita Final Table
Dolce Vita Final Table

Year after year, players return to North Cyprus not just for the poker, but for the full experience, and this year has once again lived up to its name.

The final prize pool and full payout breakdown will be released shortly. But for now, the numbers speak for themselves: 1,023 entries, a shattered guarantee, and another memorable chapter in the story of La Notte Degli Assi.

All that’s left to do now is crown the next champion.

Andrey Pateychuk had 80,000 in the middle preflop and was put at risk by Petr Son.

Petr Son: 99

Both missed the K37 flop, but Pateychuk took the lead when the A landed on the turn, which left him one card away from a double-up. However, the one card proved pivotal as the 9 on the river gave Son a set, which left Pateychuk on the sidelines.
