Mohamed Ameur Hammi raised to 200,000 from under the gun and Jon Kyte made it 550,000 from the next seat. When it got back to Hammi, he took some time before he shoved around 2,200,000, and Kyte quickly called.

Hammi was flipping for his tournament life, and found a safe flop on 8♠8♣5♦ to remain in the lead. However, that was as good as it got for Hammi as he tumbled behind on the K♥ turn after Kyte paired his king.

Only a jack could keep Hammi alive, but the 8♦ river left him on the sidelines.

Shchukin hit a pair on the 7♦6♠10♦ flop, but was unable to improve further through the A♣ turn and J♠ river.

The next hand, Shchukin raised to 200,000 from the cutoff and then folded after Erkmen jammed for 1,050,000 from the button.

Dorjan Ushe completed from the small blind and Timur Margolin checked out of the big blind.

Ushe led out for 175,000 on the A♠J♦6♥ flop and Margolin called.

Check, check came after the 8♠ turn for the 8♦ to complete the board. Ushe bet 275,000, which was almost half his stack, and Margolin let go of his hand.

Ushe immediately windmilled 4♣2♣ for a stone bluff across the table for all to see, prompting a few laughs, including one from Margolin.

Shchukin had the advantage, and kept it through the 9♣A♥J♥ flop as he paired his ace. Erkmen needed a ten for Broadway, but more outs arrived as the K♦ turn gave him a pair.

Action has been pretty quiet over on Table 2, with small pots being played out.

Nikolay Fal opened from the hijack not so long ago to 200,000 and Timur Margolin three-bet to 500,000 on the button.

Both checked it down on the 3♠2♥A♥9♠7♣ board, where Fal announced that he had pocket jacks with J♥J♦. which was good for the pot.

Shortly after, Predrag Premovic opened to 200,000 under the gun and Margolin defended his big blind.

The action was checked to the river on the 5♥6♣10♥Q♦7♣ board, where Margolin over-bet 750,000. Premovic folded.

Daniliuk's snowmen were ahead and only an ace or some spades could save Redrado.

The flop of 7♠9♥J♥ didn't help Redrado, but the A♦ turn did as he took the lead with a pair of aces. Daniliuk had some outs with one card to come, but he missed them all on the 6♣ river.

Redrado's stack climbed to over two million, while Daniliuk was down to 1,600,000.
