Neophytou Fades Ciftsuren's Outs; Ciftsuren Busts Soon After

Level 16 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Neophytos Neophytou
Neophytos Neophytou

With the 210A flop already on the board, Suleyman Ciftsuren had check-raised to 80,000 from the blinds over a bet from Neophytos Neophytou, who was in early position.

Neophytou jammed for 301,000, causing Ciftsuren to go into the tank. After a little longer, Ciftsuren made the call and the cards were flipped.

Neophytos Neophytou: AK All in
Suleyman Ciftsuren: J8

Neophytou had top pair against Ciftsuren's flush draw.

The 5 arrived on the turn, and the K completed the board, giving Neophytou the winner with two pair.

After the chips were counted, Ciftsuren was left with just 20,000 and was eliminated a few hands later.

Nashar Doesn't Hang Around

Level 15 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Felipe Ketzer raised to 24,000 on the button, which Hassan Nashar called in the small blind, and the big blind called too.

Nashar didn't waste any time on the 799 flop, leading out for 55,000. It did the trick, though, as both the big blind and Ketzer quickly folded.

Mustafov Closes in on a Milly

Level 15 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Fahredin Mustafov
Fahredin Mustafov

Fahredin Mustafov raised to 25,000 from the cutoff, and Vedat Yilmaz called from the big blind.

Yilmaz check-called Mustafov's continuation-bet of 25,000 on the 64Q flop and did the same when the 7 arrived on the turn, this time for 65,000.

Both players checked the 2 river, and Yilmaz turned over 65 for a pair of sixes. Mustafov had him beat with Q9 for top pair, and the pot was sent his way.

Tuzun Left in Rough Shape

Level 15 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

The action was joined as Akin Tuzun moved all in for 246,000 in middle position, after his initial raise was three-bet to 55,000 by Ehsan Amiri on the button. Facing the four-bet, Amiri toiled over his decision, but ultimately chose to call.

Akin Tuzun: AJ All in
Ehsan Amiri: 88

Both players connected on the 8A10 flop, but crucially, Amiri had flopped a set, giving Tuzun a monumental task to survive.

That challenge proved insurmountable, as Amiri locked up the pot on the 5 turn, sending Tuzun to the river before the 6 had even completed the board.

The 45 players are heading on a 45-minute dinner break and will return at roughly 8:35 p.m.

Alkalay's Stack On the Upward Trend

Level 14 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Adi Alkalay
Adi Alkalay

Adi Alkalay raised to 24,000 from under the gun, with Illia Hurin calling in the hijack, Timur Mukhamedaminov calling from the cutoff, and Orhan Ates coming along from the big blind.

The four players saw a 3K5 flop, which checked to Mukhamedaminov, who decided to place a bet of 40,000. Ates folded, but Alkalay elected to check-raise to 110,000.

That was enough to get folds from both Hurin and Mukhamedaminov, allowing Alkalay's stack to climb to more than half a million.
