Tulepbergenov Hits the Flop to Double

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Walter Treccarichi raised to 400,000, then called when big blind Azamat Tulepbergenov moved all in for 950,000.

Azamat Tulepbergenov: {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Walter Treccarichi: {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

Tulepbergenov was looking to improve to stay alive and did just that when the {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop gave him top pair. Treccarichi had a straight draw but failed to connect with the {a-Diamonds} turn or {3-Spades} river as Tulepbergenov doubled up.

Nariman Yaghmai Eliminated in 12th Place ($27,895)

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Nariman Yaghmai
Nariman Yaghmai

The flurry of all ins at the main feature table continued when Nariman Yaghmai, in the hijack, shoved for his last 1,150,000. Action folded to Denis Kapustin on the button, who asked for a count before reshoving as the rest of the table got out of the way.

Nariman Yaghmai: {8-Spades}{7-Spades}
Denis Kapustin: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

Yaghmai discovered the bad news when Kapustin turned over his aces and learned he was in bad shape. He was already standing up as the flop came {9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}. The {5-Spades} on the turn left him drawing to four outs for a straight, but he failed to hit the {10-Diamonds} river and was eliminated in 12th place.

Maroun Jazzar Eliminated In 11th Place ($27,895)

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Maroun Jazzar
Maroun Jazzar

Walter Treccarichi opened to 400,000 from under the gun and was called by Yuksel Savsa in the cutoff as well as Maroun Jazzar out of the big blind.

All three players checked through the {7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} flop to the {5-Diamonds} turn at which point Jazzar checked for a second time. Treccarichi then fired off 525,000 and was called by Savsa. Jazzar responded by moving all in for 750,000, a raise that both of his opponents called.

The river came {j-Spades} and Treccarichi checked to Savsa who bet 400,000. Treccarichi called and tabled {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs} which bested the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} of Savsa and {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} of Jazzar, who made his exit in 11th place.

Azamat Tulepbergenov Eliminated in 10th Place ($27,895)

Azamat Tulepbergenov

Michael Magalashvili raised to 400,000 from under the gun and was called by Azamat Tulepbergenov in the cutoff.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Tulepbergenov got his last 1,800,000 in the middle as Magalashvili snap-called.

Azamat Tulepbergenov: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Michael Magalashvili: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

Tulepbergenov was far behind as Magalashvili had flopped top two pair. The {3-Clubs} on the turn left him drawing dead as Magalashvili jumped from his seat and let out a cry of celebration. The {4-Spades} on the river was a mere formality and Tulepbergenov was eliminated on the final table bubble.

The remaining nine players are drawing for seats at the final table and are currently on a one-hour break.

Treccarichi Picks Off a Bluff on the First Hand

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Walter Treccarichi raised to 400,000 from the button with {4-Clubs}{4-Spades} and Eduard Barsegian defended his big blind holding {j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}.

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Barsegian checked over to Treccarichi, who continued for 250,000. Barsegian called with his flush draw and both players checked the {2-Clubs} turn.

Barsegian missed his flush on the {3-Clubs} river and put out a bet of 800,000. Treccarichi paused for a moment before putting in the chips to call as he took down the first pot of the final table.

Tantillo Spikes the Turn, Chilaud Escapes on the River

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Fausto Tantillo raised to 400,000 from early position with {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Maxime Chilaud came along from the big blind with {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}.

Chilaud hit a pair of queens on the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop and check-called a bet of 425,000. The turn, though, came the {5-Diamonds} and Tantillo improved to a set.

Chilaud checked again and Tantillo bet another 1,100,000. Chilaud called to the {k-Hearts} river, where Tantillo put out 3,700,000 with his full house. Chilaud used one of his time banks before folding his two pair.
