Players have been sent on a 15-minute break. They will return to blinds of 2,000/4,000 at which point late registration will be closed.
As Level 12 nears its conclusion and with it the end of the late registration period, the tournament clock appeared to suffer a minor malfunction. The issue has been corrected, however, with seven minutes left to play in the level.
A player opened to 8,000 in the cutoff before Arie Kliper three-bet to 22,000 on the button. The blinds quickly got out of the way to send the action back to the cutoff player who made the call to see a flop.
The flop came and the cutoff player checked to Kliper who continued for 18,000. The continuation was enough to shed his opponent and keep Kliper moving up the leaderboard.

Action folded around to the small blind who limped. Yiannis Liperis then made it 10,000 to go out of the big blind and was called by his opponent.
The flop came and saw the small blind check to Liperis, who continued for 10,000. That bet alone was enough to force the small blind out of the hand and keep Liperis, a hometown hero boasting nearly $2.5 million in live career earnings, chipping up.

Action folded around to Gabi Livshitz in the small blind who raised to 8,000. The big blind called to send the two players to the flop.
Both players checked through the flop to the turn at which point they each checked once more. The river completed the board, prompting Livshitz to lead into his opponent for 11,000. It did not take long for the big blind to release their holding, handing a modest pot to Livshitz and keeping the poker pro holding steady as the late registration period nears its end.

Daniel Rezaei opened to 5,500 from under the gun and was called by Fausto Tantillo in the cutoff. Action then folded to the small blind, who opted to three-bet to 24,000. Rezaei reluctantly folded while Tantillo made the call to send the two players heads-up to the flop.
The small blind continued for 8,000 following the flop and Tantillo quickly called.
After the hit the felt on the turn, the small blind continued his earlier aggression with another bet, this time sizing up to 27,000. Once again, Tantillo just called.
The river paired the board and at this point the small blind did slow down, checking to Tantillo who, after a few moments thought, moved all in. It did not take long for the small blind to release his holding and send a large pot over towards Tantillo.
