Leng Loses One to Patka

Tomas Patka raised to 2,500 from the button and Ryan Leng defended his big blind.

The flop came 38K, Leng check-called the 1,500 continuation-bet of Patka.

They then proceeded by checking through the J on the turn and the 4 on the river. Patka claimed the pot with the A3 for a pair of treys.

The board read 210J27 with around 25,000 in the middle.

Dongwoo Ko fired a bet of 32,000 out on the river from the big blind and stared out in front of him. Joe Tehan was in the tank on the button and went through all the options in his head. After a while, he opted to fold.

"Just for PokerNews!" Ko said with a huge smile before flipping his Q3 open for the bluff.

"What are you guys doing?" Richard Alati exclaimed, who had stayed behind to watch the end of the hand while the rest of the tournament had gone for their dinner break.

"I was so close!" Tehan said with some despair in his voice before showing the 33 which would have won him the hand.

Ko just smiled even more while raking in the pot.
