Shiller Flushes the River

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Brendan Shiller raised to 2,200 from middle position only to see a three-bet of 9,000 come from Maz Keshavarzi two seats to his left. Shiller verified the amount before making the call to see a 526 flop.

Shiller checked over to Keshavarzi who continued with a bet of 20,000. Shiller, sitting on just over 14,000, called off to put himself at risk and send both players to a runout.

Brendan Shiller: 108
Maz Keshavarzi: A10

The 9 turn card kept Keshavarzi well in the lead, but that all changed when the J spiked the river, stealing the pot Keshavarzi as Shiller secures a full double.

Balilti Gets One Through

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

There was an early position open by Daniel Balilti to 2,400 before the action folded all the way around to Matt Affleck who defended his big blind and they were off to a flop heads up.

The 349 flop hit the felt and action checked through to a 5 turn. Affleck opted to take the betting lead and put out a sizing of 2,500. Balilti called.

The river rolled off a K and Affleck took a moment before betting a single big blind for 1,200. Balilti went into the tank and after about a minute he raised to 7,000. Affleck mucked and Balilti confidently tabled the A10 for just ace-high.

Shiller Takes One Off Affleck

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The action folded all the way to Brendan Shiller on the button who raised to 2,600. The small blind folded and action was on Matt Affleck in the big blind who took a moment and then put in a three-bet to 10,500.

Shiller snap called and the dealer laid out the K10A flop. Affleck thought it over for about a minute and then checked. Shiller took his time and then bet out for 13,000.

Despite the aggression preflop, Affleck couldn't put in anymore chips and folded.

Shiller offered some info and said that Affleck could see one card. He flipped over the 10 and Affleck gave a nod before moving on to the next hand.

Teston Jams, Shows the Semi-Bluff

Level 10 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The cutoff tanked for about a minute before tapping the table and releasing his hand. Teston turned up the 87, showing eight high with an open-ended straight flush draw and letting his opponent know that he was on the semi-bluff.
