Shorr Chips Up After Lonis Finds a Fold

Jesse Lonis raised to 225,000 from the small blind with 9♣8♣ and Shannon Shorr called from the small blind with K♠5♠.

The flop was J♥5♦9♠ and both players checked to see 4♠ on the turn.

Lonis bet 235,000 on the turn and Shorr called.

The river was K♦ and Lonis checked his pair of nines. Shorr shoved his last 848,000 with kings and fives and Lonis used time banks to think it over.

After a few moments of thought, Lonis found the fold and Shorr took the pot.
