Mirabile Chips Up

Daniel Beggy limped under the gun, and when it folded to the Alvin Anton on the button, he raised to 1,500. Joseph Mirabile in the big blind called, as did Beggy.

The flop came KJ3 and it checked to Anton who bet out 2,500. Mirabile called, and Anton folded.

Both players checked after the J turn.

The river was the 5 and Mirabile bet out 3,500, and Anton quickly folded to give the pot to Mirabile.

Action was picked up on the flop with the board showing 732 and a player in for 31,200, and Harry Korotki calling to put him at risk.

Korotki opponent ran into his pocket kings and would need to improve to stay in the tournament. But when the board ran out 5 on the turn, and A on the river, the pocket kings of Korotki were still best, and he eliminated in his opponent.

With 18,500 in the pot and the board reading 45626, Anton led out with a bet of 6,500 and Olshan raised to 20,000.

Anton thought for a moment before flicking in the call. Olshan tabled 55 for a full house, fives full of sixes, to take down the pot.

The 10 turn checked through to the 2 river. Verderamo checked and Regan fired out a bet of 5,000.

Verderamo quickly folded and the pot was pushed towards Regan.

Scott Heiser raised to 800 from the hijack and was called by Tim Faro in the small blind and Riva Arthur in the big blind.

All three players checked after the K37 flop.

After the 2 on the turn, Faro checked, and Arhtur bet out 1,500. Heiser called, and Faro folded.

The river was the Q and Arhtur bet out 3,000, which got Heiser to fold and give the pot to Arthur.
