Star-Studded Field Returns for Final Day of $1,100 PS Open Main Event

There will be 43 players returning to the felt for the third and final day of the $1,100 PS Open Main Event, all with their sights on taking down the title. The 2025 PokerStars North American Poker Tour (NAPT) Las Vegas, being held at Resorts World Las Vegas, is a marquee stop for many poker enthusiasts and the stars came to play over the first couple of days.

A field of 947 entries, which created a whopping prizepool of $909,120, has been whittled down to just 43 hopefuls who will be looking to get their hands on a prestigious PokerStars Spadie along with the first-place prize of $158,700. Each player has already locked up at least $3,050 but the lion's share of the prizepool still remains to be decided.

The remaining field is littered with familiar names for this buy-in level and the accomplishments among them would put Santa's list to shame. Some of the big stacks include Aaron Massey, Dan Sepiol, Jack Hardcastle, Jim Collopy, and the man who seems to win "everything", Stephen Song. Topping them all as the returning chip leader is Terrance Reid, who balances his life between playing on the felt and in the poker media business.

Looking further down the leaderboard, the likes of Tristan Wade, Michael Rossitto, Andrew Moreno, and Toby Lewis will have a tougher challenge on their hands when the action gets underway. Still, with such a deep structure, it is impossible to count any of these professionals out.

The cards are scheduled to go in the air at 12 p.m. local time, resuming on level 21 with the blinds at 10,000/15,000 and a 15,000 big blind ante. The levels will continue to be 60 minutes in length until the final table is reached, at which point a predetermined number of hands will be played in each level. There will be a 15-minute break after every two levels along with a 60-minute dinner break after the sixth level.

The PokerNews live reporting team will be on the floor to bring you all of the action so stay tuned to find out who will come out on top in this opening event at the 2025 NAPT Las Vegas. For the Day 3 seat draw, please refer to the PokerStars Live app.
