Robert Webb Eliminated in 20th Place ($6,150)
Andrew Kang raised to 60,000 in the cutoff and Robert van Hoose just flat-called on the button. Robert Webb also tagged along from the big blind to see a flop of 10♣5♦2♠. Webb open-shoved all in for just over 300,000 which forced a fold from Kang but Van Hoose quickly called off the last of his 295,000 chips.
Robert Van Hoose: A♣A♦
Robert Webb: Q♠10♦
Webb flopped top pair but it was no match for the pocket aces of Van Hoose. The J♠ on the turn and the 2♣ on the river secured the double up for Van Hoose, leaving Webb with just 45,000 chips.
On the next hand, Kang raised to 60,000 again and Webb stuck in the last of his chips from the small blind. Kang flipped over A♣Q♦ and was up against the 10♠8♥ of Webb. The board ran out J♠9♦2♣3♠A♠ and Webb was unable to connect, bowing out in 20th place.
